这道题目正确答案为b选项 理解起来没啥异议 可是请大家在对比一下下一道题 觉得两道题目道理是一样的 为什么比较对象上却出了差别呢

我的问题是prep上说 前一体题比较的是protein（rice has 不在比较成分之内）而下一题
就比较的是wildanimal和livestock的属性  我想问为啥两个比较的不一样 觉得其实两道题目是一回事儿呀？而且第二题中明明less的就是fat 呀？？


我的问题就是prep上说 前一题比较的是protein （）

再仔细的比较一下，一个比较的蛋白质的质量的高低，一个是两种种类有脂肪的多少。

我仔细想了一下，你说的不对。第一题比较的不是Protein，而是quality。补全：than the quality of protein in wheat.只能这样解释了，否则这两题确实是矛盾的。

这个问题我来回答一下；
第一题的E看似和B一样但是表达的意思完全不同，protein higher in quality than wheat 是说 蛋白的质量比小麦高，蛋白和小麦是完全不同的概念，没有办法比较质量，所以只能选B大米蛋白的质量比小麦蛋白的质量高。

第二题； Ron明明知道官方答案是B，他却说C正确，这违反了他一贯主张对gmat的答案只能去理解不能质疑的原则。我现在还是没有办法理解B觉得它不该省谓语，但是我坚决认为C是错误的。因为that/those的运用都是由于比较名词被定语修饰。wild animals have less total fat than that of livestock fed on grain。
less total fact 这里边total fact是一个整体，所以这个名词没有修饰语不能后边用that代替。
我举一个例子；I eat more apples than those picked in UK.这显然是一个糟糕的句子，我有“比在英国摘的”更多的苹果。 但是我们试着给apples 加一个定语 I eat more apples picked in china than those picked in Uk. 我觉得这时候用that/those就有了着落。（上边的例子自己胡造的仅用来说明问题)

第一题，
E)    rice has a protein higher in quality than

E选项确实如你所说，higher in quality修饰的是a protein,而不是rice，所以后面直接跟wheat,导致比较对象是protein和wheat，错误！
第二题，
B.    wild animals have less total fat than livestock fed on grain and more of a kind of fat thought to be
C.    wild animals have less total fat than that of livestock fed on grain and have more fat of a kind thought to be
C选项的比较对象是wild animals 和that，而that指代的是total fat，所以逻辑错误。并且出现了两个have的谓语，啰嗦，因为后面一个可以省略。
B选项，确实在Livestock后面补出动词会比较好一点，但是该选项明显优于C选项。

不能同意。
B选项中没有助动词是肯定不行的。如果比较是表达的A has C more than B has C这种意思，那B后面的助动词是一定不能省略的，否则就变成了A has more C than B的意思。
C中比较部分在动词have的后面，那么that比较的对象一定是动词后面的成分，即less total fat。
而have的重复是不构成致命错误的，可以理解为前面并列句子的成分太长，为了现实清晰的句子结构而重复了一遍动词。

同学，你到底认为C是正确的，还是错误的呢？
我举个例子，按你说的that比较的对象是动词后面的成分
a. I have more books than those of Marry.
b. I have more books than Marry.
c. I have more books than Marry have.
a.就和C选项类似，b.就和B选项类似。
我认为b.和c.都是正确的，因为虽然b.中省略了Marry后面的动词，但是根据常识，I 不能拥有Marry这个人吧！
a.则将比较的对象弄错了：I 和books
不知道你是否理解这个道理？

C正确，我认为你举例的a也是正确的。
你说根据常识判断人和物不能比较。GMAT确实在某些情况下允许以逻辑判断来理顺句意，但不是在这种情况下。所以B一定是错误的。

“a.则将比较的对象弄错了：I 和books
不知道你是否理解这个道理？”
-----我完全不理解，这里比较的明显是books和those of marry，因为这两部分都在动词后面。

以上是我根据自己做题的总结的知识，对我行之有效但可能未必尽然正确。如果你能够用权威的规则说明或者例子来否定，非常欢迎，谢谢！
