CFA certificate

Hi All,

I have some questions about CFA certification.

1. Is CFA study and exam difficult for a non-financial guy?
2. What positions or functions that would required a CFA certificate?

2. pass three level exams and around [4] years relating working exp in Finance, check CFA Institute website www.cfainstitute.org

if i only passed CFA level 1 exam, is it meaningful? or would this help for hunting a job? in what industry? thanks.
