职位描述
Research Associates work very closely with Associates on presearch, business development support and search execution. Research Associates are primarily responsible to perform research and collect contact lists and details for the team. Research Associates play an important role during the course of each search and they are key to the success of an assignment.

Below are the five main responsibilities:
?Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
?Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
?Personal interview with qualified candidates
?Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentation
?Manage the entire search process / client management

All Research Associates are expected to handle candidates from different background and levels. In general, Researcher Associates should start with Steps 1 and 2, then move to Step 3 and Step 4. Eventually when they are able to master different search skills, identify new clients and complete junior-level searches independently, they will be promoted to the position of Senior Research Associate.
