听白勇语法，两道不明白的题请教

B中的one指代principle

我就不明白，为什么说it必须指代一个名词短语，而one就指代名词，凭什么这么说？

A中的it指代谁，老白认为是attrition，我不明白为什么，it前面还有program，为什么不说指代它，一定说it是指代attrition。

这里的it指代谁，白老师说，指代a new principle,不能指代principle，所以A的逻辑不对

B中的one指代principle

我就不明白，为什么说it必须指代一个名词短语，而one就指代名词，凭什么这么说？

A 读起来就感觉应该是优先指代zones. 当然不能用It代了。而且就是改成复数，逻辑也不同呀。

    

it 和one 在指代上最大的区别是：It 代原物。one 代原物的同类物。有本质区别。

你要首先理解句子的意思才行。with increased pension benefits and a special early-retirement program for speeding    the program    up.     program speed itself up? illogical. 这里的问题根本不在于it 的指代上面。整个with 结构修饰什么就unclear, 而且for speeding it up表示目的也不对。应该用不定式。

    

另提问请加上画线，这个各位版主已多次强调。看的累死了。
