I'm now a HR master student in UIUC. Next summer I will do my internship in Hewitt. My position is internal HR intern, but the exact function or program for me has not been decide yet.

I came to US this fall, having no work experience  before. So I feel very lucky to get this offer. I want to know more about Hewitt, for example, the company culture, work style, career development opportunities. I know it is really difficult to get full time offer through internship in Hewitt. So, do you have any suggestions for me?

Hi, I am interested in training and development for potential leaders, an area in HR. But since I have never participated in this area and not familiar with, so could you give some more information about Hewitt? For example, is there any department specifically foused on training and development? Who are the main clients?

Mercer and Hewitt are stronger in C&B.
