智睿咨询 DDI (HR consulting)有谁了解么？

想问一下有谁了解这个公司么？里面的组织架构主要分哪几大类呢？ 在里面做consultant的话，收入水平大概是多少阿？career path 是怎么样的呢？

There are two major practices: Talent management and Training, talent management involves some individual assessments and some consulting projects, training is just training
The career path would be: project associate-consulting associate-consultant-senior consultant-consulting manager-consulting director-managing director
The pay is not so attractive compared to other hr consulting firms
DDI's culture is awesome,  I've met some really really nice people and had fun there

同意LS，补充一些HR consulting 行业的比较

DDI和PDI在Executive Compensation以及L&D 发面时特别突出的,如果想从事培训发展职业,会使非常好的.
缺点是产品和服务不如其他咨询公司全面, 常让人感觉更像一个培训服务公司

DDI has no EC practice
