我的背景特别弱，GT 成绩都没有，在国内是专升本，GPA2.7左右。 去年5月份美国强生威尔士大学（非常好申请，不需要语言成绩）MBA毕业，GPA 3.67. 在国内有3年工作经验，都是小公司，做sales，或者manager assistant。 去年毕业后OPT了一年，今年6月20日才递交申请，申请材料也是准备的各种不充分。6月21日收到online interview的email，一直拖到7月14日才完成。7月20日收到了offer。感谢Chasedream的网友们分享的面经，非常helpful！大家有什么申请方面的问题可以提出，我会尽量帮助！还有在美国生活方面有什么问题也可以问，毕竟我已经呆了快5年了。。。

下面，把我遇到的和准备的interview的题目也发出来和大家分享，回馈ChaseDream的朋友们。祝你们好运！

Highlight的问题是我面试时遇到的问题。

2.   What sets you apart from other candidates for this program?

3.   What do you find most satisfying about your most recent employment experience? What would you change if you could?

4.   Please describe the time when you had to give someone negative feedback?

5.   Where did you last travel to? How did you like it?

6.   What do you think your references said about you?

7.     What do you consider your strengths? Areas for improvement?

8.   Tell me one thing that is not on your resume that will make you stand out.

9.     Tell me 3 important factors you think are “musts” for a student life in a university.

10.   what do you look for in university in terms of culture?

11.   tell me about a situation that shows your initiative

12.   One mistake you made and how you improve it?

13.  Tell us about when you faced a difficult professional situation. How did you handle it and what did you learn?

14.  How do you deal with negative feedback from your work?

15.  Take90 seconds and walk me through the highlights of your work experience.

16.  What are your career goals both short term and long term

17.   tell me about what you did when your team was in a conflict.   

18.  What was your most challenging undergraduate course and why

19.  在graduate program中，你觉得会遇到的challenge是什么？怎么克服？

20.  Give an example of a time you were assigned a task you did not want to do and how you motivated yourself to do it.
