when后面括号里的应该是2/3吧？

当2/3的货物被抽检时，有 18 个过了，2个没过。问剩下的还需要过多少个才能保证 90%的通过率？

已过的数量 18+2=20，只占2/3，说明总量是 30

因此还剩 10 个，10*90%=9。选 B。
