问题多数都和CD大神们发过的有类似，而且总体来说Kira很好用，只是作文我发现没办法copy paste就只能当场type（mac系统，想copy from word，paste进chrome。。。）

ANYWAY问题有：
1. Tell me a time that you missed a deadline and what did you do?
2. If you need to convince the majority of your team to take an action on a project, but they are hesitating, how would you persuade them?
3. Tell me one of your non-academic group project, where you made a difference, and what did you do?
4. <Written> 看了两个题 一个是strength & weakness以及how IC will help you develop，另一个是A person inspired you in your life and how?
5. How does the low interest rate environment change the way funds invest?

我也不清楚主要是我也用了chrome，copy进去是一堆代码，感觉像是Kira自己block这个功能防止cheating。。。但是主要不在写多少，5分钟我就写了一百多字也pass了，保证语法和内容就好了
