It's a little late.
I completed GMAT back in mid-Feb. First attempt, 740 (Q 51, V 38), AWA 6.

Argument: All residents in a city should buy a real estate property becuase the housing price increased a lot in the past five years, while the stock market for the same time period didn't perform well.

Points to consider: 1) Owning a property is not suitable for ALL residents. 2) Past information (price level, stock market performance ) cannot project future. 3) Owning a property involves other issues such as misc fees, time required for furnishing and landscape, property tax, and illiqudity

Issue: some people spent a lot of time research potential results before starting a task, others focus on the process of a task with little thinking. Which way is more likely leading to success??

Points to consider 1) nature of the task, 2) industry

Quantitative: not difficult, I finished at least 20 min early, be careful in what is asked
Verbal: RC: language effect of color recognition, refer to previous jijing. carbon emission, not difficult, refer to previous jijing. there is one paragraph new, but I can't remember anything now.

Overall, take the break between Q and V. Watch the clock. I almost fell asleep during the test when doing V, so make sure you concentrate.

Good luck.
