Brazil invests just 2.2% of its GDP in infrastructure.And the spending on education of Brazil has reached rich-world level,but the quality did not.And companies in Brazil are unproductive because of bad management.The state protection shields them from competition which also allows them to have low productivity.
Reforms are needed to solve this situation.The agricultural and financial sector are good examples.They all have high productivity.Although this process may not be easy,it's necessary.
