品牌排名前三——市场饱和，完全是两码事。中国的GDP排名世界第二，这和全球经济会不会增长有何关系？
而且，题目中也说了市场在增长嘛，就是只有这一家电话公司，它也能增加销售的。

对于plan型的削弱题，一般有两种解答思路：
(1)指出plan有一个负面的间接效果，会抵消正面效果。
(2)指出plan没有解决关键问题，只在非关键的问题上用力。
这道题是第二种思路：去年的失败说明了M公司的经营策略有问题，今年不去解决经营策略的问题，只是扩大生产，肯定不能increase its sales
