第一篇  9.4独立写作

Some people believe that an efficient leader will always try to make everyone feel that he is in part of a decision making. I agree. Since an efficient leader must be responsible for his company. The relationship between the leader and other employees and the belongingness of the employees are two crucial factors for a successful company. Therefore, an efficient leader will always try to make everyone feel that he is in part of a decision making.

Firstly, by trying to make others feel that they take part in decision making can promote the relationship between the leader and group members. Because if an efficient leader can listen carefully to his group members’ ideas and adopt their advice that is beneficial to the group, the group members will feel respected and have a sense of achievement. In this case, the work will be done much easier, because the group that the leader leads can work more cooperatively. Take the case of my own experience; I am working as a departent minister in our college’s Students Union. There is once time when my team and I were planning a new item. I accepted one of my team members’ creative ideas, then they become more active and we worked within a good atomsphere.

Secondly, it can increase the belongingness of the group if members feel involved them in the decision making. There is no doubt that people doing their own things much more careful than doing other people’s things. For instance, Tom, a friend of mine, working in a company that develops some APPs for users of iphone, told me that his leader always let him participate the most core item, and he feel that he belongs the company and has more energy to work for his leader.

In conclusion, an efficient leader will always try to make everyone feel that he is in part of a decision making in order that the company can succeed.

9.4 综合写作

The reading passage is about the issue that fuel-cell engines because of several advantages will soon replace internal-combustion engines. The professor in the lecture focuses on the same issue. The professor admits that internal-combustion engines produce some pollution and petroleum is a finite resourse. However, the professor thinks that the fuel-cell engines cannot solve those problems.

Firstly, the reading material noted that petroleum is a finite resourse, which is one of the main problems of internal-combustion engines. The professor agrees with the statement about petroleum. However, the professor thinks that the fuel-cell engines are not good replacements. Because the sourse of  hydrogen are gas and water, which have difficult in producing and storing .The conditions that deal with them are too strict.

In addition, the author of the reading passage thinks that fuel-cell engines can solve some pollution problems. However, the professor in the lecture argues that buring coals and oils will produce much more pollution.

Finally, the reading passage noted that fuel-cell engines would be economically. Since the cost of operating a fuel-cell engine is less than the cost of operating a internal-combustion. However, the speaker thinks that fuel-cell engines are expensive, because they are made by a kind of precious metal. There are no other cheaper materials that can replace this metal.

The reading passage is about the issue that fuel-cell engines because of several advantages will soon replace internal-combustion engines. The professor in the lecture focuses on the same issue. The professor admits that internal-combustion engines produce some pollution and petroleum is a finite
resourse resource. However, the professor thinks that the fuel-cell engines cannot solve those problems.

Firstly, the reading material noted that petroleum is a finite
resourse resource, which is one of the main problems of internal-combustion engines. The professor agrees with the statement about petroleum. However, the professor thinks that the fuel-cell engines are not good replacements. Because the sourse source of hydrogen are gas and waterwhich have difficult in producing and storing(这么写可能会歧义,改为 and hydrogen is hard to be produced and stored in liquid如何).The conditions that deal with them are too strict.

In addition, the author of the reading passage thinks that fuel-cell engines can solve some pollution problems. However, the professor in the lecture argues that
buring burning coals and oils will produce much more pollution.(这段没有抓住professor的主要意思,in order to get pure hydrogen, purification process must be necessary, but without using coals or oils it could not be finished.

Finally, the reading passage noted that fuel-cell engines would be economically. Since the cost of operating a fuel-cell engine is less than the cost of operating a
n internal-combustion engine. However, the speaker thinks that fuel-cell engines are expensive, because they are made byof a kind of precious metal. There are no other cheaper materials that can replace this metal.
