As the process of decision making is so vital to a company that it should be carefully dealt with. To be more specific, a leader, the core of a company, should take it seriously. However, when come to the topic whether a leader should make everyone feel involved in decision making, opinion varies from person to person. While some people think that it is not necessary for a leader to do this, I, personally, vote for the standing point that a leader do need to let everyone feel that he is in part of a decision making.

First, the feeling of being involving will definitely makes a person feel that he/ she is esteemed, which will inspire one’s sense of belonging to the company, thus spurring him/ her to be more devoted to the company. Take Li Yanhong for example, the founder and chairman of Baidu, which is the biggest internet company in China. Li is the practitioner of this principle. He is firmly convinced that only when every worker feels that he/ she is participating in the progress of the company, their enthusiastic to the company will be raised, making them to devote themselves to the company. Every time Baidu wanted to make a new movement, Li sent E-mail of the proposal to every worker to ask their opinion. What is more, Li did read every response from workers, which eventually created a atmosphere of “everyone-involved”. There in no denying that the success of Baidu owes to not only Li, but also the strategy of the way he manage the company.

Besides, “letting everyone participate” policy makes staffs more inclined to accept the decision and to spare no effort to work on the decision, thus bringing a more satisfactory result to the company. Still use the example of Baidu. Thanks to this policy, workers understand company’s decisions better as they are involved in decision making, allowing they to speak out their opinion. Even though sometimes not everyone would think the same as the final decision, they becomes more willing to accept it as they feel that their voice was heard and taken into consideration. As a result, workers in Baidu are so loyal to the company that they work so hard and try their best to achieve every goal.

Admittedly, it may be kind of low efficient if every decision involves all staffs in, however no one can deny the tremendous positive influence “letting everyone participate” policy exerts. The time cost by involvement of every staff pay off because workers become dedicated to the company and bring good consequence. Thus we can say it is worthwhile for the leader to spend time on attempt to get all staff involved in decision making.

In all, with the above-mentioned reasons, obviously, the advantages of “letting everyone participate” policy overweighs the disadvantages. Therefore, we can safely arrive at the conclusion that an efficient leader should try to make everyone feel that he's in part of a decision making.

In one's life, a person may come across numerous challenge and problem. It is the way how a person choose to deal with it rather than the problem itself that matters. Thus, recent decades has witness the heated debate that whether people should review the past to solve the problems put before their face and the challenges coming in the future.  While some people prefer to handle current problem without review past, I, personally, vote for the opposite opinion.

First of all, through reviewing the past, people could gain lessons, as well as experience, both of which help them to avoid committing same or similiar mistakes when managing the present problems. The history of invention efficiently proves this principle. Take the invention of incandescent lights for example. Not until thousands of material had been tested before Thomas Edison, one of the most well-known inventors, found the very material--carbonized cotton fiber--for electronic incandescent lamp. There is no doubt that Thomas Edison reviewed failures in the past and learnt from the failure experiments, which helped him avoid to pick the same unsuitable material and save a lot of time. What would the modern world would be if Thomas Edison refused to look back the history and just kept trying numerous material blindly? Thanks to the past, people are given a chance to learn from both failure and success, preventing the same tragedy from happening again.

Besides, as the past is the dispensable part of people's life,  reviewing the past conduce to self-perception. The better people understand themselves, the better they will be prepared for the coming challenge, because people know what they are afraid of, what they will act to certain situation. I have this kind of personal experience. I used to be too shy to speak to strangers, not mention to speak in public. Once I realized my own weakness, and the short coming of shyness, I tried to overcome it as I was told the ability of public speaking would play an essential role in one's study and career. At the beginning of university, I was asked to do a presentation in front of class. Nervous as I was, I imagined hundreds of situations which might happen during the presentation, and I came up with solutions to each situation. Fortunately, when the presentation day was coming up, I felt everything but nervous, as I had rehearsed many times. Finally, I did a wonderful presentation, which inspired my love to public speech. Through my personal experience, we can see the past helps people be aware of their weakness and allow them to prepare for the coming challenge.

Admittedly, circumstance varies as time goes by, and in some situation the past situation can be kind of out-of-date, which means people cannot use the same method as the past to deal the current problem. However, it is no denying that there is still something in common. What is more, the good spirit and virtue are always of great value, for example persistence, honest and so on. These things will definitely contribute a lot when people come across new problems.

In summary, with the above-mentioned reasons, we can see the advantages and positive influence reviewing the past brings. So, we can safely arrive to conclusion that  people benefit a lot from reviewing the past while they deal with new challenges and problems.

The recent decades have witnessed a huge improvement of the society, and the quality of people’s life has been raised up to a new stage. However, there are still some of the world-wide problems remaining, disturbing the harmonious life. Among these problems, the most serious ones are famine, peace and education. Even though people spend time and money on them, they are so difficult to solve, and people start wondering whether they can be solved in our lifetime. I, personally, hold the opinion that it is not just a dream far away that the most important problem would be solved in our lifetime.

First of all, to the problem of famine, the emergence of high technology and breakthrough in agriculture will feed the whole world up. It is not a hope without basis because the past has saw the improvements in agriculture help out a lot to relieve the intension of food supply. Take the hybrid rice for example. This high-productive rice, which was cultivated by Yuan Longping, the most famous agriculture scientist in China, realized the dream of Yuan to feed up 1.3 billion people, account for 20 percent of the world population, with the 7 percent of the world farmland. In addition, as so many breakthrough in genetic-modified plantation appear, the products of food increase at a rapid speed. With advanced technology like hybrid rice is being widely applied in the world, people have no reason to doubt the problem of famine will be solved.

Second, once people are no longer to worry about starvation, they turn to look forward to a peaceful circumstance, which is an emergency problem attracting attention from all corners around the world. Last several decades has experience terrible world circumstance, as 911, the War of Iraq, and so on happened. These horrible events hurt not only a certain country and its people, also the whole world. People are tired and frustrated to see the blood and death. Instead, they become more and more eager for the peaceful life, which spurs people fight against terrorism and hegemony. With efforts of all the people, the world circumstance is getting better and better. Thus, people can definitely expect there will be no more horrible terrorist attack and war in the near future.

Last but not the least, as people are feed up and enjoy a peaceful environment, they start to pursue self-actualization, which cannot leaves out education. In the past, because of gender discrimination and poor financial condition, numerous children have no chance to get education. Fortunately, as increasing number of people realize the importance of education, and the improvement in finance, more and more children go to school. What is more, under the help of charity, even in some less-developed country, education is raise to involve as many as children in. So, the problem of education will be settled down with efforts of the whole society.

In summary, through the above-mentioned reasoning, we can see famine, peace and education, the top important world problem is improved a lot in recent years. Therefore, people can have a faith to believe these problems will all be solved in our lifetime.

Even in the rapid pace of society, family, still remain among the top concerns in people mind. People want to spare no efforts to contribute their families and make their life better. However, when comes to the topic whether the people in rural areas can take better care of their families than people in urban areas, opinions vary from person to person. Personally, I stand for the delication that compared with people in rural region, people living in urban areas can do better caring of the families. I would like to illstruate my contention with following reason.

First of all, as the unban areas have more advanced and comprehansive medical system, there is no doubt that people living in unban areas enjoy better medical caring than people living in less-developed regions. People cannot emphasize the essential role of medical caring too much, since it release people from pain and illness, and allow them to enjoy the colourful world with strong body. I cannot come up with a stronger support than my personal experience. Last year, three months after my family moved from a small village to Shanghai, the biggest city in China, my monther suddenly had a heart attack. While I felt nothing bur panic, my father called 120, the phone of emergency. The ambuluns came to my house within 10 mintus, and take my mother to the nearest hosptal. Thanks to the advanced medical sysetem and the fine treatment in this prosperous city, my mother recovered from the terrible disease. I cannot imagine the consequence if my family were still living in the small town while this accidence happened. Thus, I assert without hesitation that with the advanced medical caring system, people in unban areas can take better caring of their families.

Besides medical caring system, to be more concrete, unban regions provide citizens more opportunities to earn fortune, which is the material base of happy life, accessing family to more confortable life. In no way can people neglect the dispensable role of money. In urban areas, where many companies and factories locate, people are more likely to find a promising job, or even to start their own career. Once people have capital, they can buy big houses, making familes’ daily life more enjoyable, they can take their famlies for trips, enriching their experience. The urban life provides satisfaction both mentally and physically.

Adimittedly, people in rural areas living closer with families, so, it is more convienent for them to pay visits to their relatives’ house. However, recent years have witnessed the fast development of transportation, especially in urban areas, which visitings and travelling more easier. Cars, Buses, trains and so on waves the anxiety that while living in big cities, people may go through difficulties to see and care families.

In summary, with the above-mentioned reason, unban areas provide not only advanced medical system but alse fortune. In addtion, the development of transportation also contribute to convenience of taking care of families. Therefore, we can safely reach the conclusion that compared with people in rural region, people living in urban areas can do better caring of the families.
