Georgetown no money
Foster scholarship foster 第一年奖学金 1.5万一年加州内学费待遇（2.6万一年）就是只需要交1.1万但第二年重新评
UGA full scholarship +assistant ship

希望以后能够做通信方面的counsulting 或者策略。
emory有最好的排名和声誉
foster似乎有较好的位置和与西雅图有众多it公司的优势
georgetown有地理位置优势
UGA完全无经济压力，但排名最低

哇，楼主我和你背景和goal很接近。目前看首选当然是Emory，排名和声誉，半奖，而且Consulting就业至少在南方是很好的。Foster确实地域上有优势，特别对IT背景的，你可以等等看奖学金多少再决定，不过他家好像一般没有全奖。

建议Emory。Emory不仅在国际上有名，最主要的是商学院有实力。去过参观校园就知道了，一起学习的同学的水平也很主要。当然，无疑看低GT，本科的实力会给商学院带来很多merit.
