It is possible to apply for the 2nd round, by January 13 2012, and get the scholarship. As we knew, many of us applied for 2^nd round last year and got the graduate assistantships. Smeal offers scholarships and assistantships to many students each year. Students are awarded based on merit using the admission-process criteria that considers academic ability, work experience, leadership skills, and overall fit with the program.

一定要用official 成绩单申请么？scanned copy然后录取了交official不行？--看到网站是这样说，其实是明知故问吧...

请问我这样的情况，得全额奖学金的概率大不大？国内三流本科，机械设计制造及自动化专业，G720, T105 ，GPA3.0或更低，还没有具体算，但四年都是全年级前三，担当学生会管理工作，社团管理工作。W/E 6年，二年深圳富士康采购工程师经验，一年半深圳友邦人寿保险业务管理培训生及业务主任销售管理经验，2年企业管理顾问公司制造业培训课程销售经验（TOP SALES），一年培训机构自主创业管理经验，目前爱人在PSU 做POST-DOC, 我可以以J2身份过去一段时间，在那边打工和学习，打算2012年申请。
