4th round applicant

interivewed by Dustin （黑哥们儿） on April 22th. Dustin is really cute~ telling me that he had a list of questions to ask me, then showing them to me--obviously I couldn't see them clearly... When we talked about Baltimore, I can see the change in his expression.

admitted after only two days...kinda efficient!

面筋：
1. job responsibility
2. why smith
3. short term and long term goal
4. what can u contribute to smith
5. an example that I dealt with a difficult person
6. an example that I got feedback from others, why chose that person
7. what would I do if sb. is hiding away from his assignment
8. how do I handle conflicts
9. what kind of position I was having in my company.
10. Q&A, I asked about five questions

问题太多了，还好有所准备。不过进程很快，35分钟结束。总结起来，大概是自己比较会忽悠老外吧...唉
