Although let students to study some same nation curriculum can benefit for students, however, require all students study the same national curriculum until they enter college can not ensure they get the same knowledge as others because different areas may have different conditions. To ensure all the students get same level education a nation should set some curriculums as national curriculum. On the other hand, every school should offer optional curriculum to students in developing their own interest.



As we known, education and technology are leading the development of a country so a nation should pay more attention on its education, especially elementary education. In this way a nation should require its students to study some nation curriculum until they pursue higher degree. In different cities the average education level lead to different development of construction and economy. So it is very important to let all the students in a nation get the same level education. But in some rural area because of the financial limitation, students can not get the same education as other cities' students. Then the critical thing is giving such rural area financial support to ensure the students can get the same education.



However, students should no be required to study the same course as they do not have the same interests. Nation requires students study the same curriculum also deprived the right of choose of students. For this reason, students would lose their own decision for choosing course, moreover, their awareness of making self decision will surely deteriorate. It also led to student lack of creativity because they used to follow other’s decision, which may cause fewer and fewer innovations nation would make. To make more breakthrough nation should set students free to choose the course they want to study at least after elementary education.



Furthermore, setting up the same curriculum teachers will never worry about preparing a lesson, because once they finished preparation for a lesson they can use it over and over again. And teachers will lose the enthusiasm to learn more new knowledge, thus students can not get better knowledge from teachers. In the meantime students may lose creativity or the ability of independent thought. It is not good for students' future and the prosperity of nation. Lacking newly knowledge and advancing technology scientific research also can not have achievement which led to nation been left behind by other country.



So it is no necessary that a nation require all of its students to study the same curriculum until they enter college. Instead they can establish some common curriculums and offer some other different options in the meantime. More options can lead a better future not only for students but the whole nation.
