with独立主格修饰的是谁呀  
按Prep1-190 对独立主格的解释： 独立主格表伴随，只能修饰主谓宾结构。
B选项的with独立主格，就应该修饰后面 a permanently orbiting space station will have to generate its own electricity.
prep对这题B选项的解释是：with引导的独立主格结构有修饰歧义。
混乱呀 混乱  哪个NN来帮我理一下我的思绪  万分感谢！！

with 独立主格是不是也可以修饰the short flights of the shuttle and earlier spacecraft 不然他怎么会说修饰歧义。
我的问题在于 prep1-190 对于with 独立主格的解释是  它只能修饰主谓宾结构  那么这题with就只能修饰后面的  而不能修饰the short flights of the shuttle and earlier spacecraft  这样就不存在修饰歧义了。。

按逻辑应该修饰前面的，现在成修饰后面的了，不是错误了么。

with是可以作为名词修饰语修饰前面的名词了，因此存在两种理解
1. 作为介宾结构修饰前面名词.
2. 作为独立主格修饰后面svo.
因此会修饰歧义。

DUKB24对不起啦 因为对with独立主格修饰 太混乱了  ~表达的一塌糊涂  一直以为with结构只能是独立主格 修饰后面的SVO，看了yakev的解释，忽然晃过神来with 还可以作为介宾结构修饰前面名词。这样就有歧义了~~~这回明白了  谢谢DUKB24  每次都愿意用心回答我的问题
