简单来说就是 the book (written) in 1990 explained balabala...... 整个主语就是the book（written） in 1990是一个完整的part
但是in 1990 the book explained balabala.....in 1990 就是修饰整个句子的时间状语 我们不会认为1990是单单修饰the book 的 希望帮助理解
