是不是题抄错了，题目跟A选项不一样。

同样修饰EXTENT, TO WHICH 来的好，因为定语部分有主谓宾，就要写成从句，不能改成非谓语一起堆在OF后面

可能是我下载的卷子有问题吧。这是我直接从卷子复制过来的。

但是extent to 和 extent of 到底该怎么区分呢？这道题的考点不是这个吗？

A中keeping的主语应该是the extent

B中are keeping的主语应该是rates

我认为这个是最大的区别吧……
