1'14  提出当下的我们应该开始慢速生活，说现在都市人压力较大，生活节奏太快。在这个信息膨胀的时代，我们应该慢下来，仔细想想我们该做什么。

越障：欧洲领导人对债务危机已采取了一系列措施，他们决定直接通过一些银行对其发放资金，而不是通过政府。此外，他们决定购买一些原本门槛设定很高的国家的债券。
   欧元增长，股票市场也有所增长，形势有所恢复，但是恢复得不是很稳定，有此地区还处于比较困难的境地。
   六月峰会并没有完整地传达市场所反映的信息。理论上讲，脆弱的政府和脆弱的市场之间的关系能够自我强化；而实际上，除非欧洲中央银行控制对整个银行业的监督管理，才有可能，但这个需要花费的时间不止六个月。并且有些像芬兰这样的国家并不愿意把钱腾出来购买国家债券。
   这一系列显示着全球经济的更多不确定性及更多的危害。即使是德国，其经济情况也不甚理想。
   行业脆弱在整个世界蔓延开来。然后展示了美国的数据，其中一个重要的导致美国制造业不理想的原因是出口的下降。

The passage talks about current economic situation in euro area. Some European countries decide to recapitalize banks and raise money to buy government bonds, but some disagree. The situation of euro area is not good and it also have negative effect on other countries such as US, China and Brazil.
