the correct answer is B

我是这么理解的~~
1.如果本题要用not only.... but also 显然not only也是在admiration前
2.支持和反对的时态应该一致AE用完成时所以排除掉
3.这里的and also冗余重复
4.admiration用for 而不是用of 因为refer to 人
