第一段：原来的理论说引进新技术后，员工会持续的学习和研究新技术。这里还提到learning curve来证明这个理论(有题，问作者提learning curve的作用)。
第二段：最近研究表明，引进新技术后，员工在一开始兴趣很大，过两天就没兴趣了，就是没有完全掌握。等到在实践当中碰到问题再来研究，过两天有没兴趣。一直这样循环往复。
第三段：了解员工这种pattern之后，对manager有什么好处
还有一篇是将古画鉴定技术
第一段：以前有个鉴定古画的方法是通过研究pigment的composition来判断，但这个方法会破坏这幅画
第二段：现在有个新技术，是通过光波来分析pigment里的分子，说了他的原理
第三段：新技术的好处
