坐稳:AA:一个电信公司的DIRECTZ做了个REPORT,说过去的8年了,公司HIRE的NEW EMPLOYEES WITH SKILLS AND MOTIVATION,帮助公司的业绩每年都增长。但是近2年来,公司发现,新HIRE的SAME LEVEL EMPLOYEE CANNOT GENATARE ENOUGH PROFIT TO JUSTIFY THEIR SALARIES.所以公司决定不再招这样的新员工了,并且把这个错误推给了HR.
causal oversimplification: other reasons such as new measurement of justification; bad performance due to wrong commands or tasks from supervisor (should check whether old employees perform bad or not, too); company performs bad, no room for employees to put their great abilities to use either-or-choice: HR & supervisor ---> hire bad candidate, use them wrongly gratutious assumption
AI: a society is measured by its scientific and artistic achievement but not by the successful business.
scientific and atistic achievement are definitely important; stands for civilization of one society; advanced technology ---> but put into practice ---> successful business best measurement: both scientific and artistic & successful business develop--> high achievement, cyclic development |
