1. D算无关选项吧，文中没有提过livestock price的measurement啊，不能自己加~~~，而且B是正确的啊，如果有人准备leave,他们提前抛售自己的stock，可能会导致短期降价

E选项LZ是不是没读懂意思啊~~E说的是他在前几届州长选举前是不是也满足了要求？如果是，那么结论就没有什么说服力了。

第一题目， B， 因为大家都离开market了，那么短期内当让会有价格下降啦。。。文章说的是immediate short-term decrease,
D，文章并没有说价格真的上涨了，as meat price rise, 这句话不得当，因为最后的结论是meat price will rise, 是需要被解释的结论的一部分，结果在这边确成了事实，不得当。
而且D这个选项确实也无关啊。。
