ISSUE:
a society is measured more in scientific and artistic acheivements than business successes.
ARGUMENT:
a software company suffered a three-year low profit. To change this situation, the company think about the way those leaders in auto industry did-swift the workforce to temporary labor, thus cutting down the cost, increase the profit shortly and persue greater stability of the company in a long run.

the external and internal capital market in US, mention the difference with GERMAN in external capital market,
American prefer a short term profit and would put money in an unfamiliar company just because its sudden increase in index number,
while GERMANY would invest stock after they did a thorough research and better understand of the company.
they are more careful with their investment not like american investors.
