这种论证是否可行,请各位指点!
As a leader, it's definitely common that he or she is able to perform the tasks that he or she expect or assign his or her teammates to perform. However, a leader who can deliver a job fantastically can not make sure that the team will be likely to accept him or her.
First of all, the final objective for leader is to organize the team, and leverage all the resource to reach the success. In another words, the leader should not do everything, but know everyone well. If one leader can get trusted only when he or she can do the job well, how about those jobs he or she is not familiar or even never heard of? Going further, whether a leader can earn the acceptance, mostly reply on the leadership skills he or she is equipped with, rather than the job delivery skills. If the leader has the sound business sense, can set up the clear objectives, and most importantly, can inspire people, surely people will accept and follow him or her.
Besides, to a leader, the quick learning skills is also very important. And a great leader is supposed to experience all kinds of difficulties and challenges, which must include some tasks that the leader has never performed by him or her self. But people will be likely to see that a leader can quickly walk through the new job, and get the key factors or rules even if he or she never done it before, since there will constantly be new tasks with the development of product and techonology, the ability to learn the new things quickly is somehow more important than the experiences.
In conclusion, people are likely to accept the great leader, who can encourage people, has strategic thinking, and is honest with people. And in this judgement, the leader's ability to perform the same tasks that others are expected to perform does not give much impact. |
