因为productivity不上升，未必推出product structure不上升，也就未必bankrupt啊

must increase后面没有说increase什么，如果说是生产率，生产率不提高就会导致破产
E选项说，如果生产率不能提高20%就会破产，可是即使不提高20%，也不是说没提高，怎么就破产了呢
