因为原文最后一句是说"short-term decrease ",要体现的是"短期"下降.C的话就不一定是短期了.
而且some这个词用的不好,比较模糊,程度上无法推测.

原文在问供应商少了，价格没有涨反而降的原因。Justify其实就是explaination的变形
A.只是再解释价格涨的原因，与原文问题无关

B.说明供应商没有减少，所以价格不会上升
