Dear Yang,

I am pleased to inform you that your application to our MASTER IN MANAGEMENT - FINANCIAL ECONOMICS – programme offered on our Nice Campus and starting in September 2011 has been provisionally accepted by our Selection Committee. Your final admission is conditional upon your Bachelor degree in July 2011.

I am delighted to inform you as well that you have been granted one of our Excellence scholarships making a reduction of 30% in your tuition fees. They will amount to 16,450 Euros instead of 23,500 Euros.

The next step for you is to secure your seat by paying your first instalment of 5,500 Euros by 15 January, 2011 at the latest. Passed this delay, if your first instalment has not been paid, you will lose your scholarship eligibility. Please use the attached form for payments.

Below, you will find your tuition fees payment schedule:

背景供各位参考
School: Wuhan University
Major: Fundamental Mathematics
Gpa: 3.2
GMAT: 720
TOEFL: 92
Internship: null
Language: 1000 credit hours' French, TEF/TCF还没考
Extra-curricular experience: 有一些，能找出亮点

虽然我TOEFL分数低，但是申eiffel scholarship的时候貌似不看toefl，我想学校为了争取Eiffel的名额，是会录我的

我这种背景申美国，没优势，就算申上了，毕业找工作有难度。
相反，如果法语能过关，在法国就业很轻松，所以我选择了法国。
