Actually, most people who've undergone this dietary gained weight instead of loose it. So, what we should do? Well, I tell you--be mindful! Be mindful towards information released by your own body.  
People eat less, as is reported by food companies.
Time 1:1'56'' Towards the promising statistics released, several questions remain doubted--first of all, the credibility of the statistics; secondly, American people's health is still in abssy. What to do about it? Actions should start with unhealthy food outside fast-food chains.

although the food companies and the data showes that american obesity rates has declined along with the decreases calories supply of food comapnies, some researches peer-valuded the report and indicates that the key facotor of preventing obesity is not about how much unhealthy food people have took in, instead, is about how much exercise people does.

Time 1:  the paragraph introduces that overweight American is an international stereotype,but the obesity of poor people declined.
Top food companies promise to provide less calories for people. (1:28)

Time 2:  The article  introduces that American obesity sitution still become worse, and furthermore uses data to support this idea.
The research also finds that the obesity situation of less educated people is worse than that of educated people because univerisity educated
people do more exercise rathan than eat less.  (3:15)

Time 3: some jobs with high obesity rates were introduced in the article and the article introduces the reason-- workers with these jobs have a long working hours and less chances to do exercise. (2:57)

Time 4: the article use charts to analyze and describe that which kind of job has a high obesity rate. (2:10)

Time 5: The obesity will lead to the huge economic loss because of related sick. The arricle uses data to further prove this viewpoint. (2:02)

Obstacle:  the article introduces the relationhsip between obecity and fast food comsumption, and moreover uses evidences and data to explain the conection and illustrate what countires are affected most seriously.  The article finally provides some suggestions and measures to
decrease and stop the development of the obesity. (5:11)

The speaker said that when she was 13, she started to go on dieting. Strange thing is that no matter how many weight she lose, she would gain it again later. Then she found that brain is responsible for this. When one is at diet, he is lack of energy and the brain thought the body is out of control so it save the whole body’s energy consumption, making the diet less useful. In addition the speaker suggested a way of mindful eating to replace diet. And finally she told us how we don’t need to go on diet.

1.24   Fewer Americans are overweight or obesity. The calories consumed by Americans were decline recently.
2.25   The health of Americans is still a problem. educated people have less obesity rate when compare with poor-educated people. To change address this problem, we need to know that besides fast food, unhealthy habits are also critical factors inducing obesity.

The targets of the regulations is to halt the rise in diabetes and obestiy.
