Ohio State University (OSU)热乎乎的网上面经~~~ [2014-03-20]

第一次在论坛上发帖。原谅我这个懒惰的人。是时候回馈CDers了。OSU是我准备时间最多的一个学校了（虽然面试也没有特别认真的准备，拖到倒数第二天才完成），从写那几篇变态的essay，到搜集CD上的interview 问题，然后再整理回答。不得不说，申请学校是个折腾人，折腾心，折腾脑的事。虽然我知道我一定会被拒，但是抱着获取经历的态度，完成了和OSU的约会。对于他们家给我面试，我都激动了一会，感觉荣幸之极。只是为了个经验，也为了试试自己的实力，也没打算真的会去（MAcc的学费贵的想死）。进行到这一步，我已经比较满意了。可惜碰到了一些没有准备过得题，回答的像shi一样。好了，废话不多说了，为了后辈们，上题：
1. What are the advantages of being in a small program within a large university?
2. How would you describe your leadership style?
3. How would you give constructive feedback or criticism to your team member?
4. Tell me about a time when something you wrote was misinterpreted. How did you react?
5. Tell  me about a living person in the business owrld that you admire and why?
6. Talk about a time you are in the danger of missing a deadline and how you make the things priority of time?

对了，在回答第二题时，我还遇到了internet disconnection，所以占了一点点光。系统会跳到一个界面，可以看到你之前一个问题的回答，然后下面有两个button，record again，和next question。我抱着试一试的心态，点了那个record again，系统把我带回到第一题。然后，惊奇的是第一题第二题的问题居然跟之前的一模一样，所以占了便宜，又重新录了一遍啦~~可见这个系统不是太聪明哈。
