不理解的是C选项中"that falls in a given climatic region exceeds the amount"that指代的应该是snow, sleet and hail. 动词为什么是单数呢？

同求答案！！当初就觉得这个fall很奇怪。。。。难道不会造成ambiguous么。。而且指代amount的话逻辑上好像也很奇怪

我终于看懂这题了。。。我一直把form看成from了。

我个人感觉that其实指的是the amount，所以在这里为单数。

我也觉得that指代的应该是the amount，所以fall用的是单数（the amount of ~~~~，核心还是the amount）
