If you are to be accepted into the program we would strongly encourage you to work on your English Skills. The class is not full, however, the class is almost at capacity and as you can imagine the competition level has been raised considerably.
我不知道他的重点是almost at capacity还是我IN得太SB....

现在的策略应该偏重于美国本土，经验丰富的申请者。
