感觉选A是对的，但这道题是什么场景，说话认识什么关系。具体从原话看为什么选A就不明白。麻烦牛牛们指点指点。

   W: At least my botany lab meeting’s in the greenhouse.  I guess it could be worse.

   What does the woman imply?

   She prefers being in the greenhouse to the

      computer lab.

   She doesn't like her botany class.

   She works part time in the computer lab.

这道题签面都听得很清楚。但是不明白it could be worse.是什么意思。翻译成中文该怎么翻？和 it couldn't be worse 有什么区别。牛牛们指点指点。

个人理解，不知对不：

it could be worse  事情还可更糟-------即是说现在还算好的了

it couldn't be worse  事情不能够更糟糕了-----现在就是最糟糕的了！

the first one is definitely A, the situation is that someone walks into the class late and thought the prof didnt notice it, but the other guy said that the prof was kinda little angry, which implies that the prof saw it.....(im so familiar w/ this situation, have been late 4 times in my first week in univeristy)

the second one, plz make sure u've got the correct conversation. beside, when the woman say At least my botany lab meeting’s in the greenhouse. this means that she will be enjoying the beautiful day in the greenhouse.....the answer is obvious, but it seems to contradcit w/ it could be worse.....personally i think the explaination to this could be that it would be too hot to stay in a green house 4 a botany lab....

personal opinion, not certian though..
