Provides support to the Government Controller with preparation of financial worksheets and analyses. Tasks involve monthly and quarterly billings, government reporting, cost analyses, spending analyses and funding analyses.

Job Functions:
? Monthly and quarterly billings to various government agencies and their prime contractors
? Quarterly financial reporting to government agencies and prime contractors
? Gathering and storing government technical reports
? Project funding and spending analyses

Ideal Candidate:
? Must have a good understanding of accounting and financial systems.
? Must pay close attention to details and have an eagerness to learn.
? Must be able to understand an overview of processes and apply the procedures to the task to be accomplished.
? Must be able to work and communicate well verbally and in writing with all levels in the organization.
? Develop a consistent methodology for following actions to ensure timely completion.
? Be able to learn the important elements of contracts and apply the contractual requirements to project billings and reporting.
? Develop the ability to work independently after learning each of the tasks.
? Must be strong in Excel usage

Education Level and Years of Experience:
? Currently a college student – 2nd thru 4th year student in accounting or finance

其实中国人跟外国人比总体而言也就勤奋一点, 而在这一行人人都很勤奋, 所以公司就没什么理由请中国人了. 还有一个问题是hr因为到时还要帮咱搞签证问题会懒得请咱, 对他来说多一事不如少一事, 又不是请不到外国人.

你的职业目标是什么呢？我觉得可以考虑准备CFA一级的考试，比较全面而系统地复习一遍基本财务知识。或者找个不错的机会去实习，这样你写到简历上的东西就会充实。

还有就是，开始改简历，研究你要找的职位要求，研究你要去的学校当地的就业市场，联系在读的同学，等等。

谢谢ziye，您的建议太棒了。对我来说目前的职业目标就是先能养活我自己，解决生存问题。在国内金融专业毕业生考虑的单位一般是银行、证券公司、保险公司或企业等，当然这都需要考试。在美国也是这样吗？cd上说有咨询行业的，具体是做什么的？目前困惑的是MSF毕业后在美找工作或实习，有哪些部门哪些方向能够得上？可以投简历的职业有哪些？
