争议题，有人说C有人说D，我准备选D

个人感觉企业并没有真正解决预测的问题，文章里说企业只能对总体进行预测，但是分到每一个种类预测就不准了，所以D选项中address problem显得不是很有理有据。而C选项并没表明企业预测到底好不好，只是说反映了对企业预测能力的一种看法。
