Maryland的邮件，CP转DC，这是ad么？

今天收到Maryland的一封邮件，说CP校区人满了，但可以转到DC校区。然后说"The admissions committee feels your application is competitive and would like to consider you for admission to the MSB in finance program, but we currently only have openings available at our Washington, DC campus.”最后让我回复是否愿意转到DC校区。
问下这是AD么……如果愿意转DC校区就肯定会被录么？

同收到。但是有点不同，他说“Congratulations on your recent recommendation of admission to the MSB in Finance Program at the Washington, DC campus.”但是我就是申请的CP啊！乱七八糟的把我给弄糊涂了。还有，LZ收到他家mail了吗？

没有啊，因为没赶上第一轮申请，所以今儿才第一次收到他家的email。
