这道题是考察平行结构，选择B，没有问题
问题是harvest本身就可以作为名词，为什么这里要变成harvesting呢？

即使同为名词也不代表就可以平行.
举个例子A cutivating 是简单的动名词结构  & B the harvesting of fish and seafood 因为有article" the "的存在,一般这两者是不能平行的.
B the cultivation 是个action noun(来源于动词) &  the harvesting of fish and seafood 这两者就可以平行.
这种也算regulation,记住就好了.
