求助！关于OSU的AD...

几天前收到OSU的Macc的admission的letter，今天上网查状态的时候发现required item里面有一样东西叫：English Placement Test is required upon your arrival on campus。那个English Placement Test是什么东西？到哪里考？如果没考过会有什么后果？是不是因为我的TOEFL或者GMAT太低，所以才要考这个的？希望知情的XDJM给予帮助！多谢多谢~

According to my OSU admission package,
the test consists of writing a one hour essay that will be evaluated to insure that no further English will need to be taken along with your regular Graduate curriculum.

Seems like all the admitted international student will be required to take this test...
