1、自相矛盾如楼上所说
2、调查类问题的通病：如调查机构的可靠性，数据的准确性等。
3、未全面考虑正负得失，利润=收入-成本，如果开了cafe，收入是否能抵消一切因新开cafe所产生的一系列运营成本？收入提高，利润就一定高吗？也可能无利润。
