我的意见是：
A 和原文一样重复，一般不选。
B it has come to符合主谓一致的原则，可选。
C it has signified widely ranging变成了动作完成，而不是原文中需要做的意思，所以不选。
D 和E 放在句子中出现了情态动词+have done的句型，记得此类句型是用来表示需要做但是没做的意思，意思改变，所以不选。

我是刚刚开始准备GMAT的菜鸟，还请指正。

句子结构为：
though "graphic design" +may ...，they have come to signify ...
主句和从句讲的对象都是“graphic design”， 所以排除AE；
D 从句have done，主句have done，错；
C  signify ranging work from..., 错；应当为 signfiy work ranging from ... to ...;
正确答案B

选B，主谓一致排除 AE， ranging的分词用的不好，C也排除， 不如a range of有效。

个人觉得report layout和brochure没有平衡，看到这个题目的时候就转向B了。
