within 1 standard deviation of the mean就是问你小于0.3 of 10
所以8个数中小于SD小于0.3有6个：9.9,9.9,9.9,10.0,10.2,10.2，
问你percent of the 8 number，所以6／8＝75%

不是的，是指在一个单位的方差以内，即9.7到10.3以内。
