Put Princeton MFin aside, the rest are financial engineering programs, require very strong mathematical and programming skills.

I guess the author here meant to be Master of Science in Finance, which are offered by 2nd tier school only (except Princeton MFin)

I think everyone here in the states agree that Princeton MFin and Berkeley MFE are on the same level. Princeton carries a more prestigious brand name, but Berkeley delivers more structured program.

Also, Princeton MFin is very much like an MFE program despite what it says on the website. Normal MSF does not require Advanced Derivatives, Econometrics or Regressional Analysis. But the program does bear much flexibility beyond the core.
