Your other documentation does show promise. Therefore, we would encourage you to prepare for, and retake, the TOEFL exam, including TWE. If you achieve a minimum TOEFL score of 600, we would be very interested in re-reviewing your file. Your supporting credentials will remain on file in our office for one semester. I regret that our decision cannot be a favorable one at this time. However, we encourage you to make this additional effort and reapply. Sincerely,
