D和E排除没什么话好说，但是ABC三个选项就有点晕了。

我也看出了the deal were是虚拟语气，但是A和C之间很难选择，即使选了C（正确答案），我也不明白为什么中间有个be

个人觉得应该选A。

C 里面的signed by them 感觉不爽。

个人觉得A最大障碍在a merger agreement is signed that includes ，that必须紧随修饰的名词。并且include在GMAC的题目中基本上是including的形式出现，that include wordy.

本题为什么用虚拟语气比较难判断，只能用排除法来作。

that 从句在有些情况下是可以跳跃修饰的，OG10SCth里面也有这样的例子。(主要是为了防止头重脚轻，在主语的定语从句过长，而谓语宾语较短的情况下出现）

建议LZ看一下置顶帖子里面前人的讨论，已经很清楚了。。。

that 从句在有些情况下是可以跳跃修饰的，OG10SCth里面也有这样的例子。(主要是为了防止头重脚轻，在主语的定语从句过长，而谓语宾语较短的情况下出现）

我也是看见by them，感觉不舒服把C 干掉的，但是答案偏偏是C。

我现在很想知道，GWD的答案究竟是谁做的，有没有权威性啊。别误人子弟啊

谢谢高手们！ 那A的错误是否可以这样理解，if条件句的时态是有问题的，A的主句和if的时态不能对应。

C中主句用"IS expected", 从句用“signed by them” 是否是矛盾啊，主语应该是“one of the potential investors”，这个them指代不清。我推荐A
