可是，a people这种说法不是错的么？

另外，在《GWD一些经典语法题的详解 》中，一些用语看不懂，比如说：[参T71 NO.21] 这个T71代表着什么？？GWD不是总共才31套题么？急问～！！

这个是GWD么？昨天怕是还没做过的题没敢看，刚正好看到Algonquian，这是OGth10的17题，居民是文化的一部分没有问题呀，文化包括的内容很广的

居民是人，注意这里 the word people redundantly describes the residents rather than the larger group to which the residents belonged，注意belong!
