小弟愚见：正确答案应该是B，因为按照OG的说法，the same x as y，x和y要平行，但是这里显然不是ethnic heritage和Northeasterners比，见下面OG11-26/10-54。而share sb with sth的使用是正确的，同意the same强调的说法，有OG“解释”为证（其实考点上没有关系，只是正好用了这个短语），见OG11-52解释最后一行：the point of the main clause is that all
            states do not share the same
            predominating industries and regulatory environment.

The second part of this sentence is a comparison. The correct, parallel, and idiomatic structure makes the comparison clear. In this case, a phenomenon appears the same to x as to y, or the same to someone... as to a person. The two parts of the comparison must be parallel.

C选项把ethnic heritage 同Northeasterners 放在一起作比较，范了严重错误。另外，在GMAT语法中，have在表示“拥有”的意思时，往往是接具体名词，如have a book, have a car等等，而不接heritage之类的抽象名词

B选项是可以接受的

share 至少有两种用法，一种是X and Y share sth.,另一种是X share sth. with Y.

B选项用的是后一种用法。same 放在这里只是起强调作用，跟the same as 的固定搭配无关

另外，我可以看出来，大家在讨论时，都是先假定参考答案的绝对权威性，然后想方设法找出与参考答案不符的选项中的漏洞

A： as如果和the same 搭配，那么就是 heritage和Northeastner两个不对等的东西在比较，逻辑意思上就错了。

       as如果和share搭配，那么Northeastner后缺少助动词do来代替share。

C： as如果同the same 搭配，错同A的第一种情况

        as如果同have搭配，错同A的第二种情况

B:    with作为介词，首先第一点，就不会误导大家去和same联系起来，读者自然就是往前找，找到share。再看share with的逻辑意思，正确。

       同时，再看the same，其实这里没有什么the same的词组，只有same作为形容词修饰 heritage罢了。the也是修饰heritage的。这样一看，B很清晰，既没有share as和same as的歧义，逻辑意思，结构清晰，如何不对？？

其实这题的考点就是用 大家脑子里固有的“the same as”来让大家上套。真实的情况是想让大家辨别句意以后，选用share with词组。

还有 所谓什么C里面As后面是“省略动词”云云，都算是牵强附会，简单问题复杂化。AC2个as后面助动词都不能省略。而且补充一下，正是AC的as，才造成了歧义，让 the same 和 share/have 都惦记着！
