37 is a little bit old for an MBA. Therefore, because you are NOT a typical MBA student, you have to find a different career path than your peers. And you have to understand yourself and be persistent，stick to your own career goal. Especially when you find other students find ideal job in big name firm but you got nothing in your hands, when you find other students got six-figure salaries but you only get half of that number, when you find other students are struggling with three or four offers at hands but you are still pursuing recruiters, when other students have settled down and begun to enjoy their last quarter but you are still looking around, you have to be patient and be confident.37 is a bit tough to start as an MBA student. There are so many temptations in b-school, but you have to understand those consulting and banking postions are most likely NOT for you.
